Rémi Carayol
Journalist. He founded two newspapers in the Comoros archipelago (Kashkazi, Upanga) before joining the editorial team of Jeune Afrique, and later collaborated with various French-speaking media outlets (Orient XXI, Le Monde diplomatique, Mediapart). Over the past ten years, he has published several investigations and reports conducted across the African continent, particularly in the Sahel. He is the author of Mirage sahélien. La France en guerre en Afrique. Serval, Barkhane, et après ? (La Découverte, 2023).
